我开始決定戒色

    國小曾是我的人生巔峰，不管哪一方面我都能表現在中上程度，國小6年級開始學會自我安慰後，我開始沉迷於其中，轉眼間就沉迷到現在(目前19歲)，自此我的人生開始走向下坡，不管是人際、課業、健康、運勢都在往不好的方向發展，因偶然機遇看到了[戒色]這個詞﹐看到戒友所受的遭遇跟我十分的相似，心想或許我也遭受到色倩的危害吧!

    之前我有嘗試過最多50天，感覺整體好了許多不管是精神方面健康方面及思維方面，但最後還是破戒了，至此我決定借用此網站的力量加深我對色倩危害的認知，並由紀錄的方式記下每天的變化及作息，重新掌握自己的人生！

            @ weiying 今天下午刷抖音不小心破戒了，看來我必須連手機都戒掉，用運動代替手機 :cry:

            破戒後第一天，昨晚我11點就睡了，今天5點起，而我查資料練氣功恢復身體會較快，所以今天我做了掐指功10分鐘，平甩功30分鐘，故腎功7下，三郊排濁法5回，希望我身體會一點一點恢復。
